Young Jason goes to visit his grandparents every Saturday. While he loves them both, he is much closer to his grandma than his grandpa. One Saturday, Jason's grandma isn't feeling well, so he spends more time with his grandpa, and they have a good time together.
As the week goes on, Jason's grandma feels worse and has to go to the hospital. Much to Jason's surprise, she passes away. He and his grandpa are very sad. Jason decides to keep visiting his grandpa every Saturday, and together they help each other deal with the sadness.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
A single parent with a wonderful son, Robert Anselmo was inspired to write I Will Always Love My Grandma, and Grandpa, Too when his mother passed away over four years ago. He hopes this story will help other children who have lost a loved one.
A native and lifelong resident of Long Island, New York, the author went into the family flower business right out of high school, where he learned he had a creative side he never knew before. After more than twenty years in the flower business, he decided to use his creativity and imagination as a writer.
