Diet Success! lets you lose weight while enjoying three satisfying, complete meals every day. There’s always a full breakfast and a traditional lunch. For dinner, you can choose a poultry, fish, or vegetarian entree, along with healthful side dishes. Unlike some diets, meals are balanced, including grains, pasta, vegetables, and fruit.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS
The authors currently reside in upstate South Carolina. Both completed their graduate studies at the University of Rochester.
Allyn Bregman, Ph.D., was Professor of Biology at the State University of New York, New Paltz. He has done research at Duke University as a visiting scholar and has studied at the Harvard School of Public Health. His publications include journal articles in genetics and a lab manual in cell biology, published by John Wiley.
Sybil Bregman, M.S., has taught college-level biology and worked with Al on writing projects. She enjoys cooking and has adapted traditional recipes for a low-fat, low-sugar meal plan.
