A Damn Good Screenplay: The Step-by-Step Guide to Character Building and Screenplay Writing
by Darran L. Booker

The hardest part of writing a book, screenplay, or short story is creating a believable character. Aspiring writers also have a hard time developing different types of characters, and some don’t know the different parts of a story.

This book will help you to write a realistic character and be able to spot the differences between the three main types of characters. You will also get to know several easy steps to make a full-length screenplay and the different parts needed to make a good story.

About the Author

Darran L. Booker was born in Buffalo, New York on March 23, 1979. He got his A.A degree in 2001 and later went on to study film at Long Island University and work as a teacher assistant at the school’s C. W. post film department.

After a year at C.W. Post L.I.U., he had learned several tips and gained insight from working with the teachers. According to Booker, his job proved just as valuable as taking classes because it allowed him to learn about screenplay writing, inside and out.
