The poem “Silent Scream” on the first page is a tribute to anyone with Tourette’s Syndrome. I myself have this neurological disorder. I’ve been told before that my poems have a very romantic feel to them. Sometimes the best cure for heartache is to write out your feelings.
“When Dawn Awakes” is about the purity of a mother’s love. I have a thirteen-year-old daughter named Brittany. I would like to encourage and empower anyone reading this to love themselves while reading the words within. Thank you.

Writing has always allowed me to step outside of myself and reflect on my feelings and the world around me. I am honored that you chose to read the words within. Each page is meaningful to me for a variety of reasons.
My hobbies are reading, watching movies, dining out, and thrift shopping. I’m a collector of Buddhas and unicorns. I’m seriously addicted to karaoke singing and enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and my best friend Bill.
The personal motto I live by is “Always enjoy your own company. At least it’s honest.” As a child, I was told I would never walk. People of the world: As long as your heart has faith, all the steps in your life will be easy.
