Garry Lyon has spent his entire life as a public servant: forty years with the Department of the Army (twenty-four in uniform), four years with non-profit health agencies, and thirteen years as a school bus driver. He’s a self-proclaimed patriot and has always tried to live his life in an honest, meaningful manner. Two things attest to his character. One, as a broadcaster, Garry has proudly said he has “never done, or willingly allowed to be done, anything that was not in the best interests of the audience.” Two, as a father, he is most proud of his four children who grew to become good, honest, productive members of society.
