Charlyne R. Allen is from a family of six children who were taught the biblical principles of right and wrong, responsibility, and the proper love for neighbors and acquaintances and always encouraged to excel in school. As a teenager she found the strength to survive bipolar disorder and the jealousy and taunts from classmates who called her names like crazy, but she never lost sight of her goals. Even though she couldn’t graduate with her class, encouraged by her family, she finished her high-school education. Her perseverance is a blessing from the Almighty Creator.
